Cook's Lot #666 Rosé 2014

A dry style Rosé with red flower and potpourri type perfume and some spice which is not surprising as it is made from Shiraz. I do like the colour of this wine too. It has a captivating glow.

There's some depth of flavour courtesy of plums and strawberries here which calls for food to match. I'm thinking skewer kebabs off the BBQ. The acid and fruit are balanced fairly before a long finish.

Good stuff.
