Made in two goon bags (what it says on the label!), the fruit was fermented and left on skins for three months. Don't get freaked out on the goon bag thing either, they are used more than you realise. The result takes Sauv Blanc to another level.
Apricot pie, apple peel, marigold flower and a touch of honey present some exciting aromas. The palate is textured, and although not dense, there's plenty of interest. Nicely weighted, it sits long. Little sips satisfy. Mind you, it's hard to stop going back. Well priced too.
Very good.
