Pale golden appearance, a quick whiff and you immediately get a sense that this is a serious wine. Almond meal, nougat, peachy with apricot nectar whipping up the tail.
The fruit is layered with a density and neatly structured complexity. A faint ginger like spice chimes in late complementing the generous delivery that comes before. Top me up again please.
Drink up to eight years.
